Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I use a heart rate monitor by Polar. I've used Polar HR monitors for years and love it! I track my activity and calories on Livestrong.com
