- kickboxing 2-3 times a week

- variate between 30mins starimaster to sprints on the treadmill (I do one or the other once a week only)

Glute Exercises:

I keep myself interested and excited about hitting the gym each day by challenging myself. I switch up my routines, try new work outs and sometimes have work out buddies. The fact that my endurance and weight lifting ability has excelled really motivates me. I feel strong and in control of my body.
