Workout Program:
1mile run in at the gyms track.. depending on the day

mon...a 1hr.spin-class awesome cardio , train arms. abs.....1hr. yoga class

tues.run 1mile 1hr.sculpt class then pilates class finish up with 45 min. on the ellipitical use to run on tred mill but now i cannot run ..miss it though

wed..spin, sculpt ,legs,abs.glutes

thurs.pilates, abs. back , chest

fri.. kickboxing love it... great cardo, abs. i work my abs. alot because of the back ..learned to use the fitball .. my pilates helped me keeping the core strong..

sat always cardio..free what ever i'm in the move for or need to focus on anyone body part lol....

Sun.. relax..enjoy the moments enriched with with the love of family n friends!..lol....
