WENT TO THE ARNOLD 2009. STOOD OUTSIDE OF THAT CAGE AND KNEW NEXT YEAR..I HAD TO GET IN THERE AND BENCH!
Why I Love It:
I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! THE ENERGY, THE CONFIDENCE THE DRIVE IT GIVES ME. IT MAKES ME BELIEVE IN MYSELF! I AM NOT LIKE OTHER WOMEN I KNOW AND I EMBRACE THAT!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
THE ANIMALPAK FORUM IS GREAT! I HAVE MADE SO MANY FRIENDS THERE. MY TRAINER/FIANCEE IS ALWAYS THERE TO OFFER SUPPORT AND MY CHILDREN. THEY KEEP ME GOING NO MATTER WHAT I AM DOING!

TODAY I POSTED A PICTURE OF ME PREGNANT WITH MY 6TH CHILD. SHE WAS BORN APRIL 2008. MARCH 2009 I FOUND THE CAGE AT THE ARNOLD AND TOOK MY LIFE AND MY BODY BACK. THERE HAS BEEN MANY STOPS & BUMPS IN MY ROAD BUT I WILL NOT STOP. SOME DAY I WILL LOVE THE WOMAN IN THE MIRROR?

Hey Bella! Not only have you done some good work trimming up, but you got the serious powerlifting bug! Well if you saw any of the Raw Powerlifters at this year's Arnolds you probably saw me doing some heavy lifting! You got some good numbers already, so find yourself a competition and get on the lifting platform!
