Heyyy I just noticed something in your Negative cable row video that I can use at my gym! :) since we don't have one of those machines, it's a diff one, I can use that handle you're using and attach it to the pully on one of the other machines :) haha that made me happy! lol

Haha ooops! I meant it was lonely because I didn't have any of those, I shouldve been lil more clear lol. Wish it was empty tho, machine hogs! Just sitting there like they're takin a 5 min break before their next set. I'm thinkin of going to another gym. Nice pic of you and Heather :D
