Though I dread waking up in the morning to go, once I start, I have more energy. Plus it's always a good feeling when you start seeing the results from all the work you've put in.

My ultimate goal is to lean out and build muscle. This is actually one of my favorite sites to visit. I've learned a lot and am still learning. Everybody on here is very friendly and such a big motivation.

Hey girl. I hear that quite often actually(the twin thing). Contest ends May 7th. Lost a few days in the gym this week. No power with the ice storm that hit us.
my god it sucks down here, ive saw nothing like this before..ice, snow, now more ice and snowing like hell..
everybodies electric is going out..roads are flooded..straight hell
UGH! It's horrible. Cincy normally gets 1 bad snow a year and we're getting it now. We had about 5 inches today and then .5 inch of ice on top of that and then they're expecting another 5 to 6 inches tonight! I hope it's done after that! lol
