Goal (Long):
I want to be in the best shape in 2009. My longterm goal is to be a buff mom that is able to keep up with her children, not out of shape making excuses of why I let myself fall apart. Watch out 40's........
I feel like a hit a wall.....I have been training hard for months and months and up until this week I feel a complete loss of energy, complete blah!!! I went in twice this week to the gym and felt completely deflated....I think this is my body telling me I need a break so a break it...
I am just running a few errands this morning, working out and having our friends over for dinner. No appetite? That rarely happens for me. LOL. I wish it didn't!
Same here. NYE we are having friends over for dinner...they are brining dessert. That will be my last treat and I am tighening it up too....I am ready to be strict. :)
