Former smoker and flabby mom of two children decided to make major changes in her life..times are tough right now but using the iron to get me through to the other side!!

Goal (Long):
I want to be in the best shape in 2009. My longterm goal is to be a buff mom that is able to keep up with her children, not out of shape making excuses of why I let myself fall apart. Watch out 40's........
I have been busting my a$$ for months...diet is off a bit but I manage to pack my cooler daily with chicken, brown rice, lean steak etc... trying my best as a fulltime working mom!!! I step on the scale and no changes infact I am up a bit....that damn scale plays mind games with me...however...
LOL..ours was good. We then went to the cabon for a few days and I just got back. I was good on thanksgiving, but had a few snacks at the cabin. So, I will hit it hard tomm. I took the past 2 days off. :D
How was your turkey day? Where you good? To me it was a "regular" meal except for a small pice of pie. I gave myself that. I cannot beleive how good you look hon.
Everything is going well I just have become more and more addictive to seeing results. I have "leveled off" in training and results so now I'm motivated to push my self further than before! Thats were Crossfit will come in! Keep up the good work and never let anyone take you down..
lol!! We must be thinking along the same lines. Haven't quit the wts just am going a lot lighter and more reps to lean out more. Cardio twice a day 4 days a week! You rock girl!
