Why I Love It:
I do it because it keeps me sane....or so I think...;)
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror really tells the whole story and the fit of your clothing....ignore the scale, it doesn't tell the whole story!

Goal (Long):
I want to be in the best shape in 2009. My longterm goal is to be a buff mom that is able to keep up with her children, not out of shape making excuses of why I let myself fall apart. Watch out 40's........
I have been busting my a$$ for months...diet is off a bit but I manage to pack my cooler daily with chicken, brown rice, lean steak etc... trying my best as a fulltime working mom!!! I step on the scale and no changes infact I am up a bit....that damn scale plays mind games with me...however...
You´re quite a good photographer doing solo! I only sing solo. But I quitted smoking almost 20years ago, and I still wonder how stubit I was to ape it up in the first place! !
Sorry took so long, training is going good just have been involved in some football leagues so its slowed down some of thew progress... I love the fact many use the excuse that you easily could of used and they dont train... My favorite excuse is "life just gets in the way..." hahaha. How good does it make you feel though? i try to explain how addicting it is, but i guess they just dont get it. Whats your MAIN motivating factor?
