How I Started:
A smoker and an unhealthy mom of two children.....quit smoking in 07 and started working out but officially started lifting heavy when I hired my trainer in december of 08!!
Why I Love It:
I do it because it keeps me sane....or so I think...;)
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror really tells the whole story and the fit of your clothing....screw the scale!!!! ;)

This picture got me in the gym! I neglected myself after having my cildren and began putting on weight, especially around the waist!!! I was a skinny fat mother of two finding every excuse why I couldn't work out! I was unhealthy and a smoker! September I quit smoking and began running....

I received my heels in the mail yesterday and I don't think I ever have worn 5 inch heels infact I know I have never!!!  Being 5"10 is pretty tall to begin with then add another 5???  I guess it will take practice but it's a long way down if I ever bite it in these heels...lol!  How...
