I want to be toned by May 2009 so I can wear a bikini
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to have a fit body and now is the time for me to focus on achieving that goal. I want to have defined shoulders and triceps. I want to look fitter and buy a great bikini. I just want to be overall healthy. I know I have to make some changes now to reach by goal but I know I can achieve as long as I am focused.
I just finished getting back from the gym. It's been awhile since I wrote a blog but I'm back to keep you updated. For a moment I slowed down on working out because I had a project at work. Tues and Thurs turbokick- 1hour
Mon and Wed Spinning-1 hour
Tues and Thurs- back and butt and abs
Wed and Mon- triceps and shoulders
Fri and Sun- biceps and legs
Cardio is 30-60 5 days a week
Fridays- hip hop dance
Sat- dancer's workout
Hi bella26 I haven't been to this site in a while, but I now have a golds gym membership and I've been to the Natomas club 1x I usually work out in the Roseville club. Looks like ur doing great! Keep up the good work :o)
How'd you make out during the holidays? I hope you enjoyed yourself and got everything you wanted!Now for the bad news----The holidays are over and its time for us to get on the grind again. But, thats okay cause we got support- so, get back in the gym and sweat.
