How I Started:
Ever since I was young I have always been into athletics and exercise. I was the one in sports that actually enjoyed the practice part of it. I played athletics all through high school and onto intramural's in college.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel, look and everything about it. Even the after affects of it...i crave to be sore! Its a feeling of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have always been a self motivated, I've never really needed a 'workout buddy' cuz it really just distracted me...when I'm at the gym i like to do my own thing and I'm usually in my own little world.
I'm so determined and motivated and so passionate about exercise and fitness...i love the gym atmosphere and the sweat an sacrifice I put into my workouts.
BB Accomplishments:
I just want an overall toned body--I've got my Personal Training certification so I really want to look the part of a fitness professional.
I want to turn heads and drop jaws...so here i go! ;)

So I've decided I need something to get the ball really rolling and get me psyched to workout and have something to reach for...so I've given myself a goal to reach in 6 weeks!....Which is....to have a 6 pack or something close to it atleast for my birthday which is Friday,...

Recently quit going to the gym but hike for work a lot (in wheat fields) and doing 30 day shred videos every other day. Last week was a bit weak sauce but I'm proud that I quit the gym but am still working out!
