How I Started:
I wanted to actually loose 10 lbs and I called a personnal trainer.When he saw me he said "You are not going to loose 10 lbs you are going to gain 10 of them."
Why I Love It:
The rush it gives me. I love to feel the bloodflow throughout my body when I lift weights. It is addicting. You can see your body transform little by little. I love the pain after my workouts ...When I have worked out I feel I have accomplished something.
How I Stay Motivated:
My children. They compliment me and say "Mommy show your muscles!"

Goal (Long):
I always have been working out my entire life but it hasn't been lifting weights. As you get older your body changes and I just want to keep looking decent and sexy. I would like to have 10% bodyfat and of course my main goal is to have awesome legs and a six pack.
Lose fat, i dont think u have any. Hit those wieghts your muscle's will pop. Looked at your pics before your profile thought u were in your 20's. Looking awesome, keep it up. Bob
I read you want to build large quads in your progress pics. Squats and leg presses with heavy weights. Also to build the outer sweep put you feet and knees together when doing the leg press. And when doing leg extentions point your toes. The trainer at my GYM taught me that, and so far it seems to be working well.
