my work out 315 x 7 this past summer. this was a max set though i couldnt workout wit it like i can now. 405 one time.

Legs are tough...but keep it simple. Stick with basic movements with heavy weight and allow plenty of recovery. Make sure your diet is spot on. I'm posting my current workout today on my bodyspace. Check it out.

It snowed for all of 10 minutes tops here...lol. ANd then the sun was out. Yup last year i worked part time at Golds and it was freezing this time of year and it wasn't even snowing!
