thank you... you as well! i have trouble staying consistent though so i'm up a few pounds these days. by christmas i'll be down again, and then who knows.... no trouble gaining or losing... maintaining is my challenge.i guess if it were easy i wouldn't be into it anymore, eh.

oh yes i'm definately aware that the supps are nothing but a SMALL boost. i got ready for my wedding with diet/exercise only... i was nursing so i couldn't use ANYTHING... i managed but now that i'm not i feel like abusing myself a little haha :) thanks again man.
