Hey Beautiful. My Xmas was very good, I also ate way more then I should have and feel guilty about it, but oh well the damage is done. Now its time to push myself harder in the gym. U r a great friend as well. U r an amazing person and such an inspiration to me, U have helped me out more than you know so thank you for that. I hope you have a fantastic New years. xoxo

Hey Beautiful. Hope you had a great thanksgiving. I am getting soooo excited for my trip. I fly out on Sunday at 7am. I still have so much to do, I haven't even started packing yet. Hey Beautiful. I have been busting my ass these past few weeks with the Diet and Training so things are going great. Only 6 days and I will be laying on the beach in Cancun. I am soo excited. Hey Gorgeous. You are getting close to your competition again, you are a lean mean competing machine. lol U r seriously my inspiration. Everytime I am workin out in the gym I think of you and how I want to look like you so it helps push me a little harder. I am definately noticing a change in my body which makes me very happy. Hey Sexy!! Hows it going? Got any big plans for the weekend? I was wondering if you could help me out?? My gym membership expired and I don't want to re-new it because I think I may be moving. Anyways, I was wondering if you could set me up on a workout plan that I can do at home. I have a lot of equipment in my basement. I have 5 weeks to look great in Mexico. I will PM you with all the equipment I have. If you can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

My weekend was really good. My girlfriend came down and we had such a great time. My abs hurt from laughing so hard. It was also Canada Thanksgiving so I got together with the whole family and ate Turkey and all the works and pumpkin pie. It was soooo good. Now I am paying for it in the gym. lol
