Reason: C' mon now, I'm sure you guys have seen his "starting off" pic. Dude was a few puffs and a couple donuts away from being SIX FEET UNDER!! However just look at him now. This sort of transformation takes dedication & devotion folks. So yeah THIS GUY inspires me to train smarter, make every rep count and most importantly, never look like THAT GUY he use to be.
