Going to see how much lbs I can drop in 3 weeks. Upping my cardio to burn at least 500 calories a day.

Lower back is healing up. Changing the weight to do more reps and swapping out exercises that do not give me a good pump.

Sprained my lower back. Just need to be creative in finding exercises that work around my injury. Staying focused!
