Making sure that I never look like my "before" picture ever again but now it has become more of a lifestyle.

I am doing it. Back in December of ’07, I was on a one-way road to being diabetic. I am no longer on that road but a road towards a better and healthier lifestyle.

dude "what happened?" they played like crap!! That's what happened. -couldn't run, couldn't pass, special teams & kickoff coverage sucked (has all year) Big Ben was off, tho he didn't have much protection... just an awful performance all around.
