How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Depends on my heart rate. If I can jump into another set to keep my pump and stay within my HR, so be it. If I need to rest up to 2 minutes to lower my HR, fine.

Man I'm feeling freaking tired. Here's the thing, I've seen some gains within the past months but I'm feeling it bro. My mind is saying GO! but my body is saying NO! I may need a rest for a few days, perhaps through this weekend. But then I feel like I'm wasting my gains. -aarrghh!! just a vicious cycle man. Well at least I can eat while bulking.
