C 'mon dude that's not what I wanted to hear. Do I need to boot your ass off my "inspirational list?" 'Cause you know I'll do it. haha ...OK man, what's your workout now? Perhaps I can come up with something different & more challenging. Actually I have a program in mind for ya. It's divided into two, three week cycles, then repeated -six weeks total. I'll shoot it to ya in a pm if you're interested.
Thanks so much. My next show is in November. Another big one in NYC...

Yeah started the process of being a TI. But then after taking a good hard look in the mirror I thought if I send a picture of me down to Texas right now they are going to think, get real. Actually I'll be back in time for the mother of gut busters...Thanksgiving. My wife wants to go back to the States to visit our families for T-giving. So it will be a little harder because it will be her family for lunch and then my family like 4 hours later...
I feel you on the sore joints, I'm currently doing a 179 day transformation. I'm deployed right now so the only thing to really do is workout. I lift in the mornings followed by some HIIT and then do like 30 minutes of cardio at night after work. I'm looking to pull 30-40 pounds off my frame by the time i go home.
