How I Started:
a few of my friends lifted in 7th n 8th grade n i didnt have the determination and didnt have the urge 2 lift so the next year when i became a freshman i started my 4th year of football but in middle school we didnt have 2 lift so in highschool we lifted every day for an hour b4 practice n i just got hooked
Why I Love It:
the feel and how it feels when ppl dont exspect u 2 be strong or big but u really are

friends, music, the future next year football
