Jeremy in such a short amount of time between shows you looked alot bigger. That was awesome work brother, I was impressed to hell. The wife looked great as well.

Whats up John? Things are going good, I'm just ready for class to ease up on me. I am forced to hit the gym at 9pm some days and that is rough on me. Between getting 4 others started on contest prep, school, and work I haven't had much time to think about my next step on stage. I just keep pounding away at myself and hopefully the muscle is hiding under my fat suit..lol! How about yourself, how are the weights treating you?

There is an OCB show in Indianapolis which has been a fun one for me in the past, and in Oct, the NPC Northern Natural takes place up near Cleveland. When is your 5k?
