CourtneyMarie Thank you!! :) Keep at it girl you look amazing! When I have trouble with sticking to diet, I remember that nothing tastes as good as being fit feels. You enjoy the cheat for a few secs but feel horrible for much longer! You work so hard in the gym, don't undo it with one bite ;) And when you do cheat, enjoy it and start fresh the next meal/day, forgive yourself and move on! Dec 5, 2011 1:50pm

Dev6 haha i know, I've been making progress, just taking pictures has been something i got lazy on, since moving to boston, I'm trying to get used to the cold, so will probably have to do it when i go to the gym next time...so you have my word, i will post more soon :)...how did your show go? and your running a half marathon in feb?! thats amazing!
