Reason: Reason: I saw a video featuring the Captain a couple years ago and I was blown away. When I joined Bodyspace in 2008, the Captain was the first to welcome me to the site and I immediately said to myself 'hey this is the guy from the video.' The fact that he also from the land of ice and snow (well maybe not so much snow for him) is just the topping. :-)
Reason: Over the last number of months Dr. S has become a real inspiration. Christian, mom, daughter, business person, etc.; a real jack of all trades. Always finds the time to pass on a kind word to others. Her daily blogs are an inspiration and a great way to begin a day. And it doesn't hurt that she has a back I could die for. :-) Look at the definition!! Keep it up Dr. S.!!
Reason: Shan has to be the funniest person on BB.C. Her writings are hilarious and she frequently finds these 'interesting' videos that have me in stitches. Did I also mention she works hard in the gym? Just look are those muscles.
