Dr. S. Catching up on yesterdays blogs. Sounds like quite the battle and I like the b/f and after pics. :-) Church was quite empty this a.m. The 11am service loks like it will be similar. So many people away visitng family and friends. Sent teh girls fro brunhc with my parents so I am awaiting their arrival and we will go home. Taylor wants to go shopping. I rarely shop on Sunday. Hate it! W

Evening Dr. S Hope Zac was able to rescue all his gifts from charty. :-) Had a grest time at my parents. And I didn't receive a lot of stuff. A minimalist Christmas. I am beat and on my way to bed. My chest is quite sore from all the shovelling of the exercise yesterday. May God keep you and your family safe throughout the night. w

Merry Christmas Jennifer. Are you doing the massage therapy program? Was a long time ago when we 'spoke' about that. I finally started and MA in military history. Or at least I am taking one course. Out of the US so I will take it one course at a time. Hope that you and your husband are enjoying the Christmas season. W

Merry Christmas Dr. S! Todays devotion is based on Psalm 30:8. Scratching my head over that one as I thought it would be a Christmas message. Just in from about an hour of shovelling snow. Muscles are nicely warmed up for chest and tris. Good thing I got up at 4:30 too as Ash left a Christmas card for Santa that I didn't see last night when I out the Santa gift out. A close call. Have a wonderful day with the family! W

Merry Christmas Eve Dr. S!!! Church was wonderful, and the kids have opened their gifts from me, Kika and each other. Now they await Santa's arrival for when the awake tomorrow. And just like every TV show originating from the US, whether it be FL or AK, we have a lovely light snow. And on TV you have a choice of Miracle on 34th St or It's a Wonderful Life. Have a great night celebrating the birth of our Saviour. W

MN? Apprently you guys are sending snow our way, but I am happy if you keep it south of the 49th. Don't want to have to shovel on Christmas Day. :-)

Merry Christmas Al! Back and bis this a.m. Substituted bb curls for cable curls and was able to do most everything with my limited resources. No deadlifts as I wasn't chancing dropping the bar on the hardwood floor in the basement. You off now for a bit, or back at things Monday? Hoping you and your family have a great couple of days. W

Mine still believe as well, although Ash (the youngest) is sceptical, which is why Santa brings the big gift Christmas morning. My problem is that I go to bed b/f the kids and Taylor tends to come upstairs 2-3 times during the night to see if Santa has arrived. So I need to figure out how to get the bloody thing under the tree. :-) W

Merry Christmas Shan. Sounds like a good meal. We still open gifts Christmas Eve, just as God intended. :-) Have had the gifts under the tree since Sunday so I have been able to get the girls to do anything I want these last few days. You should have seen them with the dishes yesterday, while I had my feet up. :-) Heaven. Gym is done on to the remainder of the day. W

Morning Dr. S Another grt sleep last night. The devotion based on Matthew 20:28 was a nice way to start too. Snow fall warning here and visibility outside the city is poor. Won't be an issue inside the city. Nice you are giving the staff the day. As the 'grande fromage' you get to stay on call. Life is lonely at the top. :-) You closed on Monday for Boxing Day as well? Most places, other than retail, are here. Off for back and bis. Improvised w/o this a.m. What are the Christmas Eve plans? W

May God keep you and you family safe thoughout the night. W

Morning Dr. S Hope your night went well. Mine was great! Grt devotion this a.m. - John 15: 20-21. The story that goes with it is about a principal in Ashland OR banishing Xmas trees and Santa in her school b/c they are 'religious' symbols. WTF!! There is one principal that requires an education. Bet your inbox is filled after saying you would love to cook in a thong for someone. :-) It was only distance that stopped my response. :-) Have a grt day. W

Evening Dr S Looks like you had an eventful day. Mine was busy. Just completed some work now and debating whether I go in tom. or not. Emailed myself a pile of paperwrk, so may do it from home. Hope Devrii found enough advise to make her decision. Gotta admit I like the idea. Go Devrii!! :-) Better check on Taylor. She looks 100% better. May God keep you and your family safe throughout the night. W
