Lawooday44 12 weeks is going great! Losing some inches, gaining some muscle. Feeling more like myself again. Not losing as much weight as last time but bf% is going down. What do you use for bf measurement? I have used about 4 different methods and all of them are different results. The only thing I gotta do a lil better with is the AM cardio. I work 12 hours and its hard to get up and I felt crazy run down the last time I did this and did the am cardio. Jan 26, 2013 10:02am
