Hey Chick!!!! I think I'm gonna hit that 2lb goal for the week. So when are we weighing in again? I think we should do Saturday morning. Do you work this weekend? Either way I will be there just to train one client at 11:30. Fill me in on how things are going for you.

I'm not sure if I'm going to do figure or bikini yet. I was going to wait and see what my body does. I don't have to get nearly as lean for bikini. Right now I'm actually 19 weeks out because the competition got pushed back weeks. What should I do for the next 7 weeks? Also what should i do for cardio and how much right now? When I get to the 12 week spot I'm probably going to need some more help. Thanks for all of the help Mikiko.

I was just looking at your photos. I'm getting ready for my first competition in the middle of May I'm really scared. Any tips. I'm 19 weeks out and I'm not sure exactly what I should do for cardio.....how many times a week and for how long?
