I'm 8 weeks out from my first competition. I'm getting a little worried. I really hope I can pull this off. I'm starting to kick the workouts and my clean eating into high gear. I'm always open to any suggestions.
I must say that this week is better than last week. I'm still struggling on my diet, but I'm getting better. I ended up cheating today when i was tempted by some chocolate chip cookies. I think that I might be able to get it under control. I just need to keep my eye on the prize and focus on...
Don't beat urself up abt cheating,ur new to this and it takes time to adapt.Ur human!Right now I'm not training for a show but I am eating clean and I allow myself one cheat meal.I suggest subscribing to Clean Eating, Oxygen and pick up Gourmet Nutrition.
you still have time to change your body...in 8 wks you can change a lot.I don't know how much cardio you're doing but I suggest twice a day.One should be 30 min and the other 45-60 minutes.Also throw in some High intensity interval training as well to reduce body fat
5 Pounds already that's awesome!! Keep at it! You seriously have such a nice overall shape to your body, and such a tiny lil waist! The extra BF will come off in NO TIME, and having a perfect shape like that...wow just keep picturing how much better(you already look great now..not just saying that) you will looked when you are solid muscle!
