Ahh, so the "big" bug has bitten again. I've no doubt that given all you now know about your body and how it reacts that you'll reach very impressive levels in both size and rippedness (is that even a word?). Have fun growing into - and maybe out of? - those XLs!

What's this - you posted new pics? Good for you! Arms are looking excellent by the way, big, ripped and well shaped. How big are the guns now? They look like they are pushing 18 inches these days. Good to see that you're waist is still slim, too! Keep up the great work as always!

Just trying to maintain. Fightin off a cold right now, but still hittin the gym hard. Added heavy bag training into my routine as high impact cardio. feels great! How you been bud?

Thinks have been good ... taking this week off from workouts - I try to do that every few months and its pretty amazing how bloated one begins to feel after a few days! Looking forward to getting back to the gym Monday. Take care Brook!
