Great to read that you make family a priority. No point have strength if you haven't gone family to protect and hug and love with it. If you've got boys, bet they love hanging off your arms or trying to pin you down. My two used to LOVE wrestling.

Hey, asked once about your being an EMT. Sorry, just noticed that you were a banker. Paralysis almost all gone now. Specialist says treatment was the right one and I've got a green light in all areas. Great news! Head pain and fevers were muscle strains, he says. Have seen this 5x5 several times on here. I never got to ask you how you've been and what your future gym plans are. Things go well here in FL still. No hurricanes on the horizon yet. Nuked a handful of fire-ant colonies in the rain-fed section of my Semi-Arid garden. Also, my chest workouts seem to be getting better each time and I can tell there is a little more mass there than there was 2 months ago. Should share my progress at some point here. Hopefully by next June, I'll have some monsterous pecs. Laters, Big T
