Thought you'd like to know the beast has returned in the arm department. While arm size is down from 17in, I am anticipating a zipping past it soon and hitting 18 by summers end. Also have started pondering next goal of 19in, which will be my stopping point as 19 is fairly big. Any goals you'd like to me to hit within the next year? How is your training going? -T

I have got some relatives that I recently came in contact with on Facebook that I have been on my case to come back to CR at some point. If I head back there, I'll defiantly look you up Brook. No plans at current.

Bodybuilding is good - plus how much lower can you realistically expect to go with your bodyfat, and stay healthy that is? I can only imagine how cut, ripped, shredded, whatever you want to call it you are this time around! Great job as always (of course I don't expect anything less - lol)!
Hey I'm flattered by the inspiration plug. Of course. "Thick and thin" it's funny because you are always going from thick to thin and then back again! How's the shredding going this week?
I'm at 2500 calories a day at current ... just bumped that up from 2300 a couple of weeks ago. Ahhh - I'll probably just hold there for a month or so longer and see how it goes.
