Captain Ahab A great way to lose bodyfat and gain new lean muscle at the same time is by following a great nutrition, weightlifting and cardio program. I don't know what program you use now but I lost over 50 Lb and went from 36% to 12% bodyfat in just 12 weeks and if I can do it so can you. If there is anything I can do to help give me a yell.
