Fitness mags. BB.com transformation of the week. The profiles of women like Chicken Tuna, Jamie Eason and the women on my friends list. All the great comments left by all of the awesome people on bodyspace :)
I have printed out pics of ladies on bodyspace I really admire, women with great bodies. I put the pics on really nice photo paper and I have them all over my room, my bathroom, my car and at work.

Goal (Long):
I want to weigh 115-120 lbs., with a flat stomach and rockin legs. I want to eat clean and learn how to create healthy meals that actually taste good. I want to wear an awesome bikini and wear the cute clothes that I see in the stores. I want to set a major life transforming goal and achieve it. I want to have energy. I want my skin to glow. I want to look younger and feel younger. I want to be pain free. I want to start running and enter 5k's. I want to be confident....inside and out!!!!! I am aiming for a size 4 to 8. As long as I look good and am tight and toned it really doesn't matter. I give myself to my 36th birthday which is next February to reach my goal.
Okay, so my diet has been terrible and my workouts....well, I am not gonna go there. I sprained my ankle in San Francisco(I won't say when but a while ago) and ever since then my health kick came back to kick me in the butt.....I had some personal issues and I have neglected my...

how is your goals on that six pack coming..I know it's a lot of dedication, and sacrifice. Why can't we all be blessed with with super fast metabolism wouldn't that be great however earning them would be well worth it. good luck and don't listen to haters they should just motivate you.
