beckyfm some great numbers in the last few weeks Clean 120lbs ( 5lbs), Clean and Jerk 115 lbs ( 20), Snatch 85lbs ( 10) gotta keep the wait up :)

kbarlage35 There is a diet called the Abs diet that helps you lose the belly fat. It's a meal plan that incorporates weight training. It worked for me and it's only a 6wk program. the book can be found in any book store. Hopefully this is helpful to you. Good luck! Oct 28, 2010 12:22pm
