Workouts are good since I "hired" a personal trainer...yeah, it's Phillip but I had to promise not to complain. {Heavy sigh} Good luck with your 28 days. Your new pics show progress!

hey girl - after I gathered all of the stats from the foods I like (ha ha), I'm getting about 1400 calories and my split ends up being 50% prot/30% carbs/20% fat. That makes my husband happy cause he wants me to "add some muscle"...sounds painful. Are you working with a trainer?

Thanks for the motivation to get it done no matter how late or whatever excuse I happen to come up with. I was supposed to do legs yesterday but I skipped them to give my knee a rest (silly kickball incident...) have a good one!
