I had NOOOO progress. :( I packed on 3.5 lbs in the last 3 days to "prepare" myself for the 28 days...I am a dumbass. Oh, well, I hope to get to 120 by March 1...wish me luck??

Hi. I am doing a clean eats only for the month of Feb. No cheating allowed..if i do then I have to start the 28 days over. I see the new diet rocks!! What about the workouts??

HEY! I am limiting my cheats to one day a week. RIght now I am lifting only 3 days a week and trying to get cardio in 6 days a week. What about you?? What does your huge husband have you doing? Are you trying to do the 40/40/20??
