How I Started:
Sick of feeling like crap! So i joined a gym and it has now become my passion!
Why I Love It:
I love the way i can control how my body looks, seeing the results! The feeling you get from it! Also, it's a great stress reducer. After I get through a great workout I feel like I've accomplished something and that I've made it past another hurdle. I really hate cardio, but it's a necessary evil. I've got to try and do more of it though.
How I Stay Motivated:
The happiness and stress relief from working out is enough for me to stay motivated. Take it day by day! Results!

Goal (Long):
I am in love with the way Jamie Eason looks! She makes me so motivated to reach my goal. I want to look somthing like her, that would be really achieving my #1 goal! What can i say, she is just so amazingly beautiful!
Its not easy to find a best friend thats into working out as much as you are! Well, lucky me, I found it!! :)) He's dedicated, and loves what he does, not to mention that he motivates me 100% in everything I do. I look forward to seeing him & hitting the gym with him, just wish I could 24/7, but hopefully sooner or later it will happen. I hope we can both stay commited to this as long as we live with the help of eachother! STAY STRONG!! LuV U!

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I write out my workouts so I know what I am to do when I go each time and so I know what I need to achieve... I don't know what is wrong with me...... I'm so miserable.... I just never think I'm good enough, feel fat, unhappy, lonely, depressed. I don't even like to do things cause i'm so unhappy with my body. I want to lose this body fat!!! I HATE IT!!! Its so hard being alone, far away...

I wouldn't get as wrapped up around the type of carbs (so long as their complex) but the *TIMING* of your consumption to ignite maximum metabolic efficiency: Carb load *IMMEDIATELY* after fasting (sleeping 6-8 hours) and taper that off within 6 hours to ZERO carb consumption but ramp up Protien intake ... train your GI tract to burn, burn, burn!
