I was VERY over weight and just had enough of being "FAT" - I wanted to feel hot and sexy again. :D
Why I Love It:
Nothing feels better then working out and getting your blood pumping and I actually love being sore the next day because it reminds me that its hard work to lose weight and get into shape so I'm a little more careful about what I put in my mouth
How I Stay Motivated:
My apprentice PHILLY J is on my case now I made a body space and I hear people know there stuff on here.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost almost 70 pounds in 2006 just by dieting and exercising
My overall goal is to lose 50 pounds this year and be a Perfect Size 10 - also to build up my stamina for running and run 2 miles in ARMY time -
Other Fitness goal is to work on my balance and legs to enable me to be better and more effective with my riding.... yes a horse that is ... dressage and jumping...
Where to even start..... I'm hoping that writing this blog will help to remind me of my reason "why" and give me a little motivation to do what I was soooooo dedicated to doing in 2006.
I have ALWAYS been a kinda curvy gal..... always stayed around a size...
I HATE lifting weights! Cause I get sooo bored! so my Trainer is teaching me how to mix cardio with weights to really work those parts of my body that I want to sculpt.
3 days a week:
Row machine 15 minutes
Elliptical - 45 Minutes
But this is not your typical one where it just goes...
Keep up the hard work. You are making good progress thus far and are looking great. Keep your eyes on the prize and you will blow your goal out of the water by June 20th. -kenji
