no prob. You might also check the forums. I know alot of people do carb rotation. I'm just not real familiar with it. TTYL

keep the food coming try to break up into 6 meals. Lift 6-8 reps high intensity heavy presses etc.

I would recommed keeping your carbs high (4 to 6 grams per lb body weight) also keep your protein up 1 to 2 grams per lb body weight.
