Why I Love It: IT'S A LIFE STYLE, IT SHOWS THAT YOU TAKE PRIDE IN YOURSELF & YOUR BODY ! IT'S THE ONLY THING IN LIFE THAT GIVES YOU BACK WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT!! IT FEEL GOOD TO STEP OUT AND KNOW YOU CAN FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF & YOUR BODY!
How I Stay Motivated: I DO ALOT OF READING AND TRY TO STAY CLOSE TO MY TRAINING BUDDIES, WE PUSH EACH OTHER QUITE A BIT... STAY AROUND OTHER PEOPLE, PEOPLE WHO ARE FOCUSED IN THERE LIFTING GOALS!
