I have plans for speeding things up. I'm trying to get back into a routine of actually working out. :) Not to mention eating balanced again.

Training has been slow but it's happening! We spent this last weekend moving my mother-in-law. It was a long and exhausting weekend. She had a LOT of stuff. Howz training going for you? Are you getting ready for a contest?

Thanks! I have a trip planned for March to Las Vegas for my sister's birthday, so that is my first goal. Then a wedding in LA in August!
Winter is okay. I don't like it as much as I used to. There have been predictions that it is going to be a COLD winter for us out here. :( My hubby is looking forward to snowboarding though. I just want to fit into my snow pants! lol

I'm working out like a madwoman NOW! lol After our trip to L.A. we had a lot of BBQ's to host so needless to say I gained some weight back. But I getting back into the groove now! howz it going with you?

Doing good. I've been focusing a lot on my nutrition more than working out. It's like I can't do both. lol But I am trying to get back into working out more. So how did everything go with your surgery? I haven't been on here in forever, so I am behind on everybody.

I was wondering if you had any tips for working out while traveling? I am going to L.A. in 2 weeks and, while I want to enjoy myself, I do not want to lose any momentum. Our hotel has a gym and I am bringing exercise bands to do my workout with. Any tips you have would be great! Thanks :)

I love reading your blog! I was in a bitchy mood this morning (kids cranky, trying to figure when/if to work out) and for some reason reading your blog helped calm me down and determine I AM going to workout out! Thanks for being on here!

I'm doing good. trying to dial in my 'diet' and get my workouts in. Been having a hard time doing both. :) But in 6 weeks, we'll be in L.A. and I want to fit into my smaller clothes, so I'm more focused than I have been in awhile! I hear you on the cardio! I'm trying to lift full body 3 days/week and do cardio 5-6 days. I want to run a 5-k in a few weeks. What are you doing to get below a 10 minute mile? I'd love any tips you have!

Thanks so much for the recommendation you gave me on my blog! I had totally forgotten that I had just completed P90 when I had done P90X before, so I was in better shape than now! I definitely needed that reminder. I have heard many people on here who use Body for Life, and I will be looking into it today. Thanks again!

Thanks! I've known diet was important, but didn't realize just how key a role it plays until recently when I started eating cleaner in Feb. and since then I have lost 8lbs! I'm going to be implementing a few more changes in the next week and am excited to see the difference it will make!
