At the moment my workout consists of a two day split weight routine then a third day of cardio.
I only allow 30 seconds rest between each set.
1st day: Chest, back, biceps, abs and cardio to finish

wow thats alot of leg workout, maybe i should do the same!! trust me you dont want my legs they come with a lot of hair, lol, not that attractive on girls. i got leg workout tomorrow morning, nice n early a 6am start...cant wait to start beefing my chop sticks up, hehe

hey becci, my training is going good, thanks for asking. im seeing good progress overall, although im also on a mission go get more muscle in my chicken legs,lol. hoping to see some progress in the next couple of months!!! hows your leg training going? what leg exercises/workouts you do? Mosh :)
