Background
When I Started: Jun 2005
HOW I STARTED:
Well I am back at it again, After finally being so close to my goal. I pretty much gave up. I was just not in a happy place. I am embarrased and ashamed but I can't continue to feel sorry for myself. I just need to get up again and just go for it, so today June 18th, 2010 I am back to seeting some goals and getting back to the gym.

yesterday I went to the gym and did 25lb dumbell bicep curls and tricep kickbacks. treadmill for 15min. jumped rope for a min. each. (its been a while since i did that, it was interesting lol). then hit the punching bag a while . how did you do?
