How I Started:
From the beggining! I have previously trained a lot, but since I had a rough summer and no workouts at all during the summer, I have to reset it all to square one.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me oucupied, I like feeling stronger than everyone else on my team; I enjoy being fit and acknowledge that maintaining my fitness not only helps me with basketball, but as well as my daily life, my self confidence, my drive to do things the right way...etc!

BB Accomplishments:
I've come from 195 lbs(2004) to 220 lbs(2008)!its a long time but basketball kept me from a lot more gains.
To reach 250 pounds of solid muscle, evenly distributed throughout every single body part, with slight emphasis on emphasis on hamstrings, glutes, calves and quands. That is because part of my goal is to reach at least 34" of vertical and powerful leap which will help me improve as a basketball player.
