The goal. Lean out. Loose belly fat build muscle. I donât know if it gets harder as you get older but for me itâs not about how heavy the weight is but how many reps I can do and am I seeing results and most importantly, avoiding injury and pain afterwards. Whatever happens when Iâm at the gym, I just know when I leave the building and head to the car, I hear my brain saying to myself, good job. You did it. You could have stayed in bed but I didnât. You did something positive for yourself today and you should be proud darn proud of yourself.
