I have been bodybuilding for a year and a half now. Got serious in 2005 when my bodyfat hit 18% and I was truly disgusted with myself.
Why I Love It:
Self confidence and improved self esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
Whenever I see someone who has the body that I envision for myself. That keeps me going.

This pic was taken July 17 2005. I started bodybuilding 2 months after this pic was taken. I would see pics of myself and get disgusted at how out of shape I was and decided I had to do something about it.
The past few days have been pretty strange in that I feel like I am actually getting smaller. I have been eating more since I started my bulk. But with work, I haven't been able to eat the 4100 calories I had intended to.
Some days I go to the gym and feel like a pretty big guy and other days...
i was sooooo looking forward to seeing orange and black today! deep sigh.. at least ur wife's wearing it proudly.. and looking good while doing it, may i add?? good thing i'm going to portland this w/e! gonna get me some new green and gold.. GO DUCKS!! oh, ur arm looks great! lol..
yeah.. why DON'T u bring the orange & black on friday, beav..man, now i gotta find my colors! argh!! where IS that shirt?? and are these abs mine?? lol.. that's cute! :)
