This pic was taken July 17 2005. I started bodybuilding 2 months after this pic was taken. I would see pics of myself and get disgusted at how out of shape I was and decided I had to do something about it.
Taken on 8/11/09. Shows my waistline starting to get out of hand due to me slacking on my diet. Time to get with it.
The past few days have been pretty strange in that I feel like I am actually getting smaller. I have been eating more since I started my bulk. But with work, I haven't been able to eat the 4100 calories I had intended to.
Some days I go to the gym and feel like a pretty big guy and other days...
those are great ages--and hopefully they'll have some memories of their great G. my wife's grandpa died when she was pregnant with our first and her grandmother lived to see the birth of our second. they're 13,12 &10 now and like a bunch of monkeys in a tree. makes life unprdictable. have a great new year w/ 'em big guy!
hey bud--sorry to hear about your wife's grandpa--did he get to meet his great grandsons? i also have 3 boys--they are the sun in my solar system, this time of year is an opportunity for bonus time and that is always cool. enjoy the season brother. and keep tossin' that iron.
Snow's gone ... the rains are back ... life is back to normal again! LOL :) Hope you are having a great year end ... and that you have a terrific 2009.
Hows it going man? Yeah, trying to gain weight but tone up at the same time. Around 220 is my goal weight. Well, xmas went good here. Not a bad day at all. 1 day closer to going home. Tomorrow we hit ten days. YES!!! Well, keep up the hard work. I'm doing arms today, then going for a run. Possibly abs. Later man.

not naturally lean at all. I used to tip the scales at close to 280. i battle the iron and the kitchen, my brother! holidays are a tough gauntlet to run. I'm doing at least 30 minutes on the treadmill everyday just to break even. how about you? you've got nice def on yourmuscle mass...
