i have always loved to exercise at one point i taught step aerobics , kickboxxing , and strength training. i have a very muscular shape i loved the transformation that weight training did
i did my first competition in 2003 it was a lot of hard work all which i enjoyed BUT THERE ISNT'NOTHING LIKE BEING ON THE STAGE!!!!!!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the ease my body has building muscle i am a natural ,i feel free when im working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am wired that way ! i could benefit from a personal trainer although i reeally cant afford one right now.
BB Accomplishments:
During the course of my last training i achieved 7% bodyfat the best i ever looked. This time im building a little bigger the end result remains to be seen i will post progress pics a couple times a week!!!!
i have come a long way on this journey an d have found myself in need of a new trainer i have limited funds i am a hard worker and dont want to stop my dream here i have competed before do they have pro bono in personal training?? thanks please e mail me ideas
