My oh my.. lol yesterday lower body drills.. did a set of heavy squats then a min sitting low on a bosu trainer (round side down) moving from side to side.. did this in between every set of every lower body exercise.. today 30 min boxing followed by this 20 min (as many sets as u can) routine.. 5 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 squats no rest!

You know its funny.. for those of us who love this lifestyle rest we do not love! haha For the rest of them.. rest is where its at.. funny how much BB gives us!

Sounds like you are busy like me! Training is going amazing. I went on vacation the week of Thanksgiving and ended up doing more resting then training. Amazingly when I returned to regular workouts the following week I came back stronger and more intense. I am loving it- each workout it totally diff. & totally power filled!

Hey! How was your T-day?? Turkey Day/Vacation was awesome.. did a lot of sleeping and resting haha.. but I think it did me some good (aside from the pumpkin cheesecake haha) I seem to have come back stronger. I am able to endure a lot more then I was 2 weeks ago.. so the workouts are fabulous!

if you got featured there I would expect an autographed copy! And I am sure you will be! : ) My day is good.. I did some serious training for an hour then some cardio boxing drills with a friend of mine.. I have a true LOVE for boxing! I just walk away feeling powerful and sexy! haha

I live a bit NW of Denver.. westminster/arvada area.. I have a ton of 7 day free trial passes if you ever wanna come train. I am friends with all the trainers at Ballys.. I am deff down for a partner workout. I just got these incredible max out "300" workouts pretty damn intense I am stoked to try um out!

Hey thanks for the blog comment! : ) I usually grill a bunch of extra chicken to but man, I am about sick of chicken! lol I have been resorting to a lot of protein shakes for in between meals and using things like black beans or bison this week.. On the upside I have already managed to track down a gym by my brother's house in Seattle for when I go on vacation in a week.. Planning=Success Right?? How frequently do you come out of the mountains?

Hey! I am good.. but SUPER busy! I got a promotion with work and am trying to finish up some pretty major projects for school this week. Its been a bit stressful! Thank god I have turned to interval training instead of chocolate! I am gonna go check out the pics now! How are you doing?

alright then! the next couple weeks are gonna be a bit crazy for me... just got a promotion with work and working on final papers before the break.. then I jet off to Seattle for a week..but after that (providing there isnt too much snow and its relatively warm) lets go!
