After I had my daughter I was in the worst shape of my life. Luckily, I had stevep78 in my corner... having him there to guide me while making this lifestyle transition really has made all the difference for me.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing my body changing with each picture that's taken. The way I feel after a crazy intense workout session is second to none! I love the feeling of exhausting my muscles! I'm just pretty much addicted to it all the way around!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the progress I'm making is probably my #1 motivator.... running a close second is all the amazing support and encouraging words I get from all of you! You have no idea how much it means to me to be considered an inspiration to so many of you... I could not be more motivated by you all!

Goal (Long):
I've reached my bodyfat goal! And my ABS goal! Hooray!!!! Now on to the next! I really want to get my body competition ready. It will a WHOLE lot to get my mind competition ready however because I am a HUGE chicken with bad bad stage fright! LOL! Any and all tips on how to get over this are MORE THAN WELCOME! Thanks:)
Since I joined bodyspace she has been my #1 inspiration! Every time I look at her page I am motivated to push even harder. Knowing that she was my age when she started working out really gives me hope that I can get there! Thank you CT! Just for being you:)
Steve has been the most influential and inspiring person in my life since day one. I've seen him overcome so much and his passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals makes me proud to have chosen this lifestyle and to follow in his footsteps. Everyday I thank God that I have this amazing, gorgeous man in my life. I cannot wait to see where we go from here!
Description: squatting once again at 165. Dropped the reps down... I've been really concentrating on better form, and taking my squats deeper. When I compare this to my other squat videos I can see the improvements! Thanks, Steve for the spot and for pushing me! I owe everything to you:)

Boy O boy Charlotte, i can't be away too long without coming back and seeing even more new progress,can I,lol!? Ham/glute tie in has tightened really wonderfully, and yes i too can see a tri popping in that progres pic..and your squat wasn't up to 250 before, was it!? Wow!
