How I Started:
I started in HiSchool with one of my good friends. We wanted to build ourselves up. I was tired of being 6 foot and skinny. Unfortunatly I didnt get into bodybuilding properly until i was in unviversity.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge. I love to educate myself on new products, foods and workout routines. I love to think up any try new ways to push my ass.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to be fit and active, this is enough motivation for me. Plus I like having bug muscles :P

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Listen to music and pump myself up. Lift some light weights for hi reps to get me feeling a burn so I hunger for more

hey man . there are these two idiots on here who basically were talking trash so I firmly but politely toold them to back off now they super neg'ed my forum thread and I am borderlined banned . go to my thread angive me good reps points so I don't get banned thanks. the guys are Snake0 and ecotrez (neither are my friends they just started bashing me etc .
