When I Started:	Sep, 2005
How I Started:	I looked in the mirror one day and couldn't believe the person I had become. So, cold turkey I flipped the switch. I bought BFFM and haven't looked back since!
Why I Love It:	The empowering feeling I get when I can change the way I look. And the feeling of meeting and exceeding my own expectations and goals.
How I Stay Motivated:	I look in the mirror. And also think about when I have kids and how I want to be healthy for them.
BB Accomplishments:	I will let you know when I get there....
