Monday- Shoulders, Abs, Calves
Tuesday- Chest
Wednesday- Hams, Quads
Thursday- Back
Friday- Arms
I sometimes mix the days up or if I miss a day for work or whatever I'll go make it up on Saturday when I wake up.
Currently going heavy one week, then Light the next, this is producing good results. I hit a plateau about a month ago, and started this routine, which has helped me kick it. Example of going light is 135lbs on chest then do 4 sets of 25, etc. |
