Goal (Long):
I've always wanted a muscular body that I could be proud of. I want to:
(1) Gain ripped legs, chest, and back while building a six-pack that will look AWESOME in anything (especially a tank top and shorts).
(2) Learn better eating and workout habits that I can build upon and use for the rest of my life.
(3) Look in the mirror and love the body I see and the person behind it.
Why I like this video: Franco Santoriello looks incredible. If this isn't motivation to work out, I don't know what is. I like the intensity in his face.

It is nice to be an inspiration to someone. Thanks for the props! It may seem overwhelming at first, but you will be fine. Bodyspace is an excellent resource to have.

Thanks for the pic rating. I love the pullup as well, though I can't do a whole lot of them. Last time I did chinups (Nov 07) I could crank out 8 of them. I think I could do about 4 pullups (which is why I do chinups more often). It's a goal of mine this year to increase that number.
