I was getting over a bad breakup and decided to start working out to feel better.

I've always wanted a muscular body that I could be proud of. I want to: (1) Gain ripped legs, chest, and back while building a six-pack that will look AWESOME in anything (especially a tank top and shorts). Thanks for the pic rating. I love the pullup as well, though I can't do a whole lot of them. Last time I did chinups (Nov 07) I could crank out 8 of them. I think I could do about 4 pullups (which is why I do chinups more often). It's a goal of mine this year to increase that number.
