What would life be like it we had no courage to attempt anything?
Goal (Long):
I've always wanted a muscular body that I could be proud of. I want to:
(1) Gain ripped legs, chest, and back while building a six-pack that will look AWESOME in anything (especially a tank top and shorts).
(2) Learn better eating and workout habits that I can build upon and use for the rest of my life.
(3) Look in the mirror and love the body I see and the person behind it.
Why I like this video: Franco Santoriello looks incredible. If this isn't motivation to work out, I don't know what is. I like the intensity in his face.
workout with john cena Played: 153
Mike Mentzer Tribute Played: 109
Lou Ferrigno "The Hulk" Profile and Gym Workout Played: 98
john cena in gym Played: 154
David Otunga aka Punk from I Love New York 2 - wor Played: 217
(I started a thread about this in the forum, but I rather write about it here. This is a recap.)
Goals for the journal:
Creating a public outlet for something so personal is intimidating. I have a lot of fears about doing this, but know that the good outweighs the bad.
thanks - it's a 50's style old school black and white anchor and chain with USN surrounded by stars. I have a wolf howling at a full moon surrounded by an ancient Leo symbol on my back in full color.
It is nice to be an inspiration to someone. Thanks for the props! It may seem overwhelming at first, but you will be fine. Bodyspace is an excellent resource to have.
if you log on now and click on LIVE you can cathc the remainder of the message from our Atmanta location. Next Saturday we will be at the Sheraton Hotel and towers

Thanks man, i'm a big fan of John Cena too, I do the three bench press and I think the pull over is a great exercice too, u really feel the chest working
no prob bro thanks for reading! keep up the good work & i wish you good fortune in reaching all your goals be consistent, and never leave the gym thinking you could have done more...give it your all and anything you try to accomplish will happen
Sup man. I attend World Changers Church NY. Check the websire. http://www.worldchangerschurch newyork .org/ My work is is getting there. We meet on Saturdays.
Thanks for the pic rating. I love the pullup as well, though I can't do a whole lot of them. Last time I did chinups (Nov 07) I could crank out 8 of them. I think I could do about 4 pullups (which is why I do chinups more often). It's a goal of mine this year to increase that number.
thanx for the add and kind words bro:)training with my son is the best hes 15 and pushes me so hard he is almost as strong as me now which is mad ....gd luck with your goals bro
