PL type wt workout, Martial Arts and some cardio

531 (PL meet prep - may go back to GST eventually)

Japaneses Jujitus (No-Gi & Gi)

FMA (Combatives/Escrima)

Martial Arts style cardio class 

Stretching & Foam Rolling when ever can make myself do it.

In summary I at one gym or another training practically daily and if I had more time I'd do even more of it :D

beatha Enjoying 3day wkend. Had moderate hyper ext of knee last night, during judo take down but 2day felt ok enough 2 squat 255. :D Thumbs-Up.jpg

beatha Oye not to brag. Had a good meet, vid posted- 1st place, had a great time. No injury bit sore day after will be deloading this next week.

beatha Came back strong from holiday. Lifts on pace to do well at PL meet starting slow taper. Even mma training going quite well belt test soon.
