I orignally started to get back into shape for wrestling when i was in high school. With work and everything, i never wrestled my last year in high school because i didnt have time for the crazy schedule, but i did have time to lift weights.
Why I Love It:
I love just seeing results(even though its hard as f*ck!)
How I Stay Motivated:
It is very hard to stay motivated. Seeing some of the bigger guys in the gym motivates me to keep going.
To bench 200.Which will probly be this week(1/5/08)
Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. I was the skinny tall kid in school, but now im just tall.lol. My long term goal is to just keep working out and seeing results. I really want to bench two plates, and when i get to that, it will be one of the best moments in my life. I am also working out for my future job.
